Now the integrated webcam (04f2:b028 webcam 0.3 Mp Chicony Electrics) on my lappy (small laptop... ;-) ) is working! I tested it with "cheese" an applet available in the official ubuntu repos; the webcam works great also with ekiga setting the used driver as "Video for Linux version 2" (V4Lv2)... round of applause!
I want to thank two Russian guys that advised me to use cheese and follow the developing of https://wiki.ubuntu.com
